1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the development team of the mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the "Team," and the individual who has installed the mobile application "Outfitsy," hereinafter referred to as the "User." The mobile application "Outfitsy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") enables Users to digitize their wardrobe, create various outfits from their own clothing, save them, and plan them for the week ahead or for specific calendar dates. By using the Application, the User unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must immediately cease using the Application.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Application, including its software, functionality, design, text, and graphic content, are owned by the Team and are protected under intellectual property laws. The User is prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or renting any part of the Application, as well as using the Application for commercial purposes without the Team's permission.
3. Data Provision and Use
The Application does not require any personal data from the User. A pseudonym or any fictional name may be used as the username. During the Application’s evolution, additional data may be required for the functionality of new screens, options, and services.
4. Liability
The Team is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application by the User. The Team is not responsible for the quality of the wardrobe digitization process, which directly depends on the technical characteristics of the User's personal device (mobile phone). The Team does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Application and assumes no liability for temporary disruptions, interruptions, or integration issues with third-party services. Additionally, the Team is not liable for defects, errors, or other technical issues related to the User's device or connection quality.
5. Changes to the Agreement
The Team reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Agreement takes effect upon its publication in the Application or on the official website. The User may be notified of changes to the Agreement via in-app notifications.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Team's jurisdiction.
7. Confidentiality
The Team undertakes not to disclose personal data and information about Users obtained during the use of the Application, except as required by law and the Privacy Policy. All images created using the Application are stored on the User’s device. If a cloud storage service is used, the Team commits to storing image data until the User deletes it from the cloud or the storage period expires.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Team is not responsible for the content and security of data uploaded by Users to the Application, including photos and information about clothing. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their data and for the consequences of its use in the Application.
9. Final Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Team regarding the use of the Application. The Team's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions in the future.

9. Final Provisions
